about the studio
Attached to our teahouse you’ll find a quaint, member-based pottery studio. Designed to connect the artists with our customers, you might catch one of our potters making the very cup you drink from during your next visit!
We have several offerings in the studio:
We have weekly workshops if you’re new to pottery or looking to refine your work
we offer full memberships (see below)
we are also now offering open studio hours: for $50, you’ll have the studio for 3 hours during open teahouse hours with access to tools and up to 5lbs of reclaim free ($1/lb after 5lbs)
If you’re interested in joining potluck as a studio member, please fill out our application here or stop in and speak with us! We intentionally keep spots limited to allow our members to focus on their craft without worrying about overcrowding. With a unique model that encourages career growth and visibility, we hope to create an artist-in-residence style experience that goes beyond regular studio rental. All skill levels are encouraged to apply!

Memberships cost $125 per month and include the following:
7 days/week access, 7a-10p
Personal shelf
Opportunity to sell your work on our retail shelves (by selection process*)
1 bisque and 1 glaze firing per week (or when kiln is able to fill), personal firings available for additional cost
20% off all drinks in the teahouse
