Pot Luck Tea's mission is to educate its customers on the merits of fine loose leaf teas in new and exciting ways, and to put the best quality tea we can locate into the hands of our customers quickly and at affordable prices.
All orders must be processed through our web site. We accept MasterCard, VISA cards and Discover. Customers can also use their choice of credit card through PayPal or pay with funds in their PayPal accounts. We also proudly accept Google Checkout for all orders, and we gladly accepts emailed purchase orders from approved accounts.

Our shopping cart is secured by Americart, using both McAfee SECURE and VeriSign with both systems tested daily. Our email lists are maintained by Constant Contact, using SafeSubscribe technology.
Orders are generally shipped via the USPS of via FEDEX. When shipments leave our facility, a tracking number is issued by either the USPS or FEDEX and that number is emailed to the customer at the address provided in the online order. Customers can track their order directly from our web site by clicking on the "Track Package" link on this page or on the home page. Orders generally ship within 48-72 hours of acceptance and payment clearance, except for culinary herb orders which ship within 5-7 days of ordering.
While we generally have all of the items on our web site in stock, we occasionally stock out of an item and will generally ship the items we have in stock and back order unless the customer opts to wait for a single shipment.
Orders from our web site are confirmed by e-mail. Shipping charges are generally an estimate and may be adjusted prior to shipping. Sales tax is charged to New York shipping addresses on taxable items.
Any claims for damaged shipments should be made with 72 hours of receipt, and all original packaging must be retained to enable us to make a claim with the shipper.
All tea and food items are final sales, unless damaged in shipping or otherwise defective. All teapots and accessories sales are final, unless damaged in shipping or otherwise defective. Subject to our discretion, credit can be issued for returned non-food items in original condition. Please call or write for details.
